Rule Changes on 2-Handed

YOU CAN RIDE TWO HANDED!
Open, Non-Pro and Intermediate ApRHA World Show Riders can choose to show 3-year-olds ONLY, two-handed in a snaffle bit/hackamore OR one-handed in a shank bit.
Non-Pros can choose to ride two-handed in the Non-Pro Futurity ONLY on 3-year-old horses. If a Non-Pro shows a 4-year-old horse, they will have to ride one-handed.

Derby Class at Nationals

New for 2011!
There will be a Derby Reining Class at the 64th Annual National Appaloosa Show on July 16th in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Currently there is $1,000.00 added money for each division, plus trophy buckles and the ApRHA is expecting that to only grow between now and show time! So don’t miss out on this great event at the Nationals! Entry form can be found in the National Show Premium Book and on the ApRHA website under Show Info!
